Cant get Health Tracker to recharge

Everything plugged in but wont recharge j


If you're having issues with your device not charging, make sure the gold contact points on both the device itself and the charging cradle are free of any debris -- they should be a bright, shiny gold color. You can clean these with rubbing alcohol and a toothbrush. Then try plugging it in again. If it's still not charging, email us at customercare@striiv.com,
