Striiv Fusion

My fusion is not vibrating when I receive notifications. Any help?

Hi Linda, we recommend you try a factory reset of the Fusion at the beginning of the day after syncing with the app (to avoid losing recorded data which will be deleted from your Fusion's internal storage): turn on the Fusion and swipe to Apps>settings (gear icon)>Factory Reset?>tap the check mark to confirm. If this doesn't fix your vibration issues, email us at customercare+fusion@striiv.com for further assistance.
