Charts

None of my charts are showing up on the app on my phone. Can someone please advise how and where to view them? I have a Samsung Galaxy 6 that was previously able to load the charts, but apparently they are no longer visible this way.

Did anyone get this problem resolved?  I'm having the same problem.

Have you emailed us or sent us a feedback ticket yet? Here's what I'd like you to do:


  1. Log out of the app
  2. Log back in to the app
  3. Try to load charts again (give it a little bit of time).
  4. If they don't load or you get an error message, please immediately file a feedback ticket from within the app. 


How to file a feedback ticket:


  1. Open the Striiv app
  2. Tap the Menu icon (three horizontal lines in the upper left corner)
  3. Tap Feedback
  4. Tap the pen/paper or speech bubble icon in the upper left corner.
  5. In the body of the message, please reference the issue (charts not loading) and mention that you've been in touch via the Striiv forums.


We'll respond to you in that same space, so check back there!
